My daughter and I bought a mobility scooter couple of weeks ago. We can't wait to go out on them I got the rascal frontier and a smaller scooter 🛵 for my Daughter.
Big thank you to Carl as when he call for test driving the scooters ,it was heavy ☔ raining but we were very happy 😊 as Carl was taking all different types of 🛵 scooters out for us, he didn't rush us to pick one straight away he was polite friendly and caring person.

We’ve just bought a fab new walker for my Dad and the service was excellent. I went in a week or so ago and received excellent advice and options which I went away with to discuss with my Dad. We returned today and ordered the walker in his size, and it’ll be arriving on Tuesday. Exceptional care and proper old school service from both Susan and Anne-Marie. Thank you so much. I’ve no doubt we’ll be back again at some point to resolve some other mobility-related challenge!

Carl was friendly helpful and helped me find a perfect scooter with everything I wanted. He also went beyond expectations - really amazing service.
The scooter is easy to use and we can fold it down easily and lift it to fit in our boot.
In addition we can now travel again with ease and visit gardens and historic houses as before this was really proving a challenge for me. I have even travelled abroad with our scooter.
I can now get fresh sea air every day when we walk our beloved dog, Bella. What's not to love. It's transformed our lives.

A good mobility shop with a great range of mobility products. Alongside this the staff are very knowledgeable offering great advise. Carl at this location and those I met in the Grimsby store. So it seems you cannot go wrong shopping at Independent mobility.
