I brought my mam and dad here to get a 4 wheeled stroller. The guy here was very helpful, sat my mam down and brought strollers to her to test. It was great to have the ability for my mam to test which one felt comfortable. Online can provide cheap strollers but when you dont know the quality of the product it can make purchasing difficult to get the right one. This is why going to a physical shop to test the feel and weight was so good. Independant Mobility offer price match against reputable competitors which is really good. They price matched my mams stroller and took it home that same visit. The other young lady working there was helpful when I had an after-sales question. I would highly recommend them.

What an outstanding place this is! From the minute we walked in we were made to feel relaxed and at ease. John the salesman took his time to listen to Sandra’s needs and make sure she was happy, confident and comfortable with the chosen scooter. Then to our delight we were able to have it delivered and given the time to make sure it was suitable at home before payment was made. It was totally hassle free and would definitely recommend this company….. Independent Mobility was actually recommended to me for their excellent service! We can’t thank you all enough.
